There is no base fee. To start, you get 30 voice minutes and 30 chat sessions once, and they do not expire. After that you only pay for the voice minutes and chat sessions your end customers actually use, at wholesale rates. You run your customer portal right in the EchoCall Hub or self-host our free open source portal.
No. On Pay as you go and Growth Partner you can start right in the EchoCall Hub. Your customers then sign in to your partner area at hub.echocall.de/r/your-name and see your logo and company name there. That is partial white-label: the address, sign-in emails and help center still carry EchoCall. If your customers should only see your brand, self-host the portal or choose SaaS Titan.
Yes, on Pay as you go and Growth Partner. Our white-label portal is open source (Apache-2.0) and free on GitHub. You create a PartnerNet account, generate an API key and start the portal with Docker on your own server. You set up the domain and TLS certificate there yourself. Telephony and AI agents keep running on EchoCall.
We set up your portal for you, connect your own domain via CNAME and manage the entire stack in a server location of your choice. You have nothing to install or run and can focus on your customers. A dedicated key account manager supports you along the way.
That depends on the way you run it. In the EchoCall Hub your customers see your logo and company name, but the address, sign-in emails and help center still carry EchoCall. In the self-hosted portal and on SaaS Titan, not at all: name, logo, colours and legal links come from your own settings. When you self-host, the portal runs on your server and your domain. On SaaS Titan, we connect your domain via CNAME.
No, tier pricing is final. On the SaaS Titan tier, the one-time setup fee is waived with a 12-month minimum term.
Yes, you can switch tiers at any time as your needs grow.
The affiliate program pays you a commission for referred customers. PartnerNet is your own reseller business: you sell EchoCall under your own brand and set your own end-customer pricing.
