EchoCall was founded in November 2024 by a German team (registered as a US LLC, developed and operated from Germany), building a platform that unifies AI voice and chat agents for automating business calls and chats. With EchoCall-Voice and EchoCall-Smart, EchoCall runs its own proprietarily tuned model profiles entirely on its own EU platform. It is hosted on IONOS Cloud in Frankfurt and Karlsruhe, with EU data residency and GDPR compliance built in from the ground up. Customers across nine industries - from healthcare to hospitality - reach their guests and callers in 85+ languages, and agencies can resell EchoCall under their own brand through the white-label program, PartnerNet.
