EchoCall is built GDPR/DSGVO-by-design. We host on EU infrastructure (IONOS Cloud, Frankfurt and Karlsruhe) with EU data residency by default, use TLS 1.3 and AES-256 encryption, run regular security reviews and code audits, and host in ISO 27001-certified data centres (IONOS). A DPA/AVV is available for download, and healthcare requirements are discussed individually. SOC 2 Type II certification is in progress for 2026.

Zero-PII mode lets you run voice and chat conversations without storing personally identifiable information in transcripts or logs, which is ideal for privacy-sensitive industries and strict data minimization requirements.

EchoCall connects to the calendar, CRM, helpdesk and automation tools you already use: Google Calendar, Outlook, Calendly and Cal.com, HubSpot and Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk and ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, Notion and Airtable, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Gmail and SMTP, Mailchimp, Slack, Microsoft Teams and Discord, Zoom and Google Meet, Shopify, Shopware 6, Amazon and eBay, plus Zapier, Make and n8n for automation. With your own Twilio account the agent can send text messages. You connect your own phone numbers through a SIP trunk or Twilio. The chat agent has a WordPress plugin, and for custom connections there are webhooks and a REST API with OpenAPI documentation.

EchoCall plans run for a 3, 6, or 12-month term and renew automatically unless cancelled with one month notice to the end of the term. Trials can be cancelled at any time.

Voice plans start at 75 EUR/month (250 minutes) and Chat plans start at 40 EUR/month (100 sessions), scaling up to Business and custom Enterprise tiers. You can create as many AI agents as you like - billing is based on the voice minutes or chat sessions included in your plan, not per agent. There is 0 EUR setup, and no credit card is required for the starting credit.
