Common contract & cancellation questions
You can cancel your subscription with one month's notice, effective at the end of a billing period - via the "Cancel" button in the EchoCall Hub or by email to team@echocall.de.
Yes. 3-, 6-, and 12-month packages each automatically renew for the same term unless you cancel at least one month in advance.
By spoken minutes per device, from the moment the device joins a conversation until it ends. Started minutes count in full, a conversation that never started costs nothing, and a device nobody is standing in front of uses no minutes. Every Presence plan includes a fixed number of minutes and devices per month. Beyond that you add minute packs at €0.39 per minute or further devices at €39 per device and month in EchoHub.
A tablet with a microphone, speaker and Wi-Fi, Android or iPad, plus a power supply. Pairing takes about ten minutes: create the device in EchoHub, enter the six-digit code on the tablet, allow the microphone. The device tests microphone, speaker and network itself and reports the result back.
